Vintage Celluloid Vanity Set: Hair Brush, Dupont Comb 。A charming pair of vintage hand-painted figural vanity combs featuring elegant women in traditional Asian-inspired dress. Likely dating from the 1930s to 1950s, these decorative combs are crafted from translucent early celluloid or molded plastic and beautifully detailed with hand-painted facial features, robes, and floral accents. These pieces capture the romantic glamour of mid-century vanity accessories and display wonderfully as boudoir decor, dressing table accents, or collectible vintage curiosities. Their delicate folk-art quality gives them an almost storybook presence, like miniature costume sketches preserved in amber-toned celluloid. Both combs show authentic age and wear, including missing and broken teeth, paint loss, surface scratches, and age-related discoloration consistent with vintage celluloid pieces. Sold as decorative collectibles.
