This item cannot be returned to Macy\'s stores. Upper - Full Grain Leather, Lining - Leather, Outsole - Rubber Shoes are from a Macy\'s pallet of shelf pulls. Shoes are brand new and in original box. Even though the bottoms of these shoes are clearly new, I feel like the leather upper already has some creases building up. This will happen eventually to the shoes once worn but wanted to call it out. I am thinking these were tried on a lot in the store and that is how the creases started. I guess it is possible that these were returns too.
