It tilts to the side of the head and it has a thin elastic band in the back to hold it onto the head. It doesn\'t go under the chin. The back has loopy style \"bow\" of the felt. The inside has a black grosgrain inner hat band. It is unlined. One size. A few minor flaws that doesn\'t distract from the hat. At the one gold button, at the peak of the hat, there is a tiny hole. The one gold button is slightly discolored. As seen in the photos.
