They appear to be dead stock, new old stock. They do have some superficial scrapes from being in storage, but no major flaws. The tag has information on how to use the cinch, but there is only one cinch on that boot, the other boot does not have one. They are somewhat bent out of shape, again from storage. I’ve shown a picture of it before I stuffed it. I think you will just need to wear them for a while to straighten them out.
